With how random the bunker is, I don’t blame players for trying to influence the decision. The NRL and referees created the issue and teams cop it across the board.

You’d think by now the NRL would look at it & say it’s not working because legit tries are being denied. By legit I mean contact, yes, but it’s 15-20mtrs away where the impacted defender is no chance of stopping the try. At some point common sense should apply & it’s nuts that ex players(as part of the various committees) haven’t pushed harder on this point.
