As a neutral, maybe 2-3 weeks depending on his record (which I think is pretty clean). I don't think he speared the bloke but it was definitely a dangerous lifting motion.

Then again throwing darts at a board would be just as accurate as an educated guess given the way the MRC and judiciary seem to operate.
