All they had to do was let the Broncos score without attempting a professional foul, and it would have been disallowed by the bunker.

I love how nothing was mentioned about the obstruction on the ch 9 commentary. Did any one on Fox make a comment ? because I am almost certain when they showed the replay on the big screen at the stadium, someone had drawn a circle around the Broncos player causing the obstruction pointing out the obvious.

Overall it was a very stuttering performance from Easts, they at times looked shell shocked and didn't have a lot of answers to the Broncos defence apart from Tedesco and Manu making some good in roads. Toups probably saved his worse performance in a Roosters jersey for last night.

I said they have been scratching and clawing to get in the position they are whilst the likes of storm roosters and souths have been tapering off preparing for the finals where i expect all 3 to accelerate their performances and i dont think broncos will be able to go with them.

Just an opinion which may well be wrong.
