In the first Sydney darts open at Luna Park,there was a fan in the crowd with a "LOL@Soufs" sign. And it was broadcast to the ISS,and around the world.You don't get more intercontinental than that.

From the original list the one referee who seems to be gone completely is Dave Munro. I don't know whether he's injured or dropped.

@SBD82 I've had it confirmed he is indeed injured - he was on two games which is why there were so many changes to accommodate him being out.
