Exactly... the sharks weren’t angels either. We’re both teams really that bad...

Checcin lost control of that . He should have called out both captains together a couple of times and settled things down, instead he just wanted to Stamp His Authority...

They can't comprehend the concept of onside/offside when defending so bringing theover to converse is a total waste of time.

f**k em. Just keep penalising.

Phil Gould you total wanker.

The referees didn’t make Chambers grapple.

The referees didn’t make Smith, Addo-Carr et al take a crack at the referee.

The referees didn’t make Jayden Brailey jump offside 4-5 times.

The referees didn’t make Vunivalu strip the ball on the first tackle of the game.

But no, it’s all the fault of the referees.

Totally agree. I'm over the commentators with their crying game using fan texts, email and twitter to fuel their agenda. Instead, the commentators need to talk about what will it take to stop the penalties.

Last week the Sharks were almost perfect, first hour without a penalty. Did their game change that much or are the refs f**ked?

There are only a few moments in your life that leave a lasting memory. You know the ones, people ask you where you were when you heard, or when it happened. Princess Diana is one, world trade centre another.

Tonight, we have just witnessed another of these moments!

Years from now I will be telling my grand kids, there I was, sitting on the couch watching a game of footy. Unprepared I was for what I was about to witness, suddenly out of nowhere, I heard it, the unmistakable sound of the refs whistle, now this was no unusual sound I will tell em, for the game at that time was a penalty ridden mess, but with respectful awe I'll tell em what happened next had me reaching for the rewind button in shock. The referee, lifts both arms up both palms out fingers extended. Head turned looking at Cameron Smith, AKA Smith the unbinnable, was sin binned for 10 whole minutes.

Now I'll tell em what a great man Smith the previously unbinnable was, he knew as we all did, that this was a moment to be forever etched in the memories of all who witnessed it, nay all who even heard about it's happening, that he walked to the sideline and before crossing the line, stopped, I can only assume to ensure as many viewers as possible could see the moment. He knew, thousands out there were texting mates, emailing, skyping, simply yelling out the window so random neighbours could hear the news and tune in! Witness the exact moment of transformation from his previous life, to being cast down forever to henceforth be a player tainted, a sinner!

Perhaps this was simply Cameron baulking at the threshold, the realisation dawning that his sin bin virginity had been stolen from him. Regret setting in about how casually he had let it be taken from him, in the end, he had waited long enough, it was time!
