For the 5th test:

Drop Wade. Warner takes Wade's spot. Bancroft opens.

We can all tolerate a middle order batsmen getting done by a good ball. What no one should tolerate is shots like that when we're coasting and looking to build 350+. Despicable.

Langer thinks it's time to add another Westie to the side, that being Mitchell Marsh.

Right hander? Check.

Can hold a bat? Check.

Put him in. Won't be any worse.

And in all seriousness, Mitch can give us a legitimate 5th option with the ball.

Just do it. Do anything that doesn't involve Wade.

Lol can he hold a bat?

Young Marsh is a favourite of mine, and is the closest thing we have a Stokes all rounder. But haven't really followed his form of late so I'm desperate.

Alternatively, as I mentioned above, drop Warner way down the order and reinstate Burns or Bancroft to open.

If you can't either bat or bowl at test standard you should never be picked. With Cummins and Starc the need for an allrounder is very overrated

f**k just saw that wade dismissal... honestly for the way the game is poised I assume he’s had a minor stroke just prior to playing that shot?
