Broncos have opened level 7. A gooood day of sales yesterday.

Given member and corporate numbers will be down, I am now thinking 32-34k.

If you try and buy a ticket now, you can select anywhere on the ground pretty much. For whatever reason Ticketmaster do not put on sale all available seats on their site until the day before a match.

So, at the start of the week when I looked, there was hardly any seats available. Those that were were in the upper tiers.

At the moment, there are plenty of seats on the Lower Eastern off centre bays. When those one have sold, we generally see 24,000 + crowds.

I think tonight will be more like 19,000.

Ended up looking it up yesterday there was loads more available than there were on Tuesday

Seems a bit odd they make so many sections unavailable until game day

The only thing I can think of is that the members in them seats have put them up for sale for that game in an attempt to get the rebate next year

Honestly it was a disappointing crowd (number and noise) last night against a side with decent support in Newcastle. A lot of our fans complain about the 6pm Friday time slot but it seems to get better crowds than 7.55 Friday for us.

Penrith had over 21000 last season on a Saturday night hosting the Dragons. I was at the game. And went to a packed league's club that night.
