And coincidentally all the three sides he has lead (Roosters, NSW, Australia) all have one thing in common.....none of them are required to comply with a salary cap.

He said it in an interview he did about a week or so ago. I’m pretty sure it was on the big sporting breakfast, if not, it was on Fox sports.

No, he said that he would be naming a Leadership Group and then a Captain before rnd1

For the same reason that the runners up are announced before Miss Universe. It builds drama, creates interest and anticipation. Gus knows how to manipulate the media.

I only brought up Fraudner in here because I learned in another thread you merkins browsed here. I was shocked at how quickly I got a bite.

I just suspected you merkins were looking for the next player to poach. Although I guess you will stick to Origin line-ups for that.

Last 15 years we have 2 premierships, 5 minor premierships, 2 WCC, 4 GF appearances, 7 prelim finals, 7 top 4 finishes and 8 top 8 finishes.

Compare that with penrith who have 0 premierships, 0 minor premierships, 0 WCC (couldn't even win that lol), 0 GF appearances, 2 prelim finals, 2 top 4 finishes and i can't be bothered loooking back at the top 8 finishes but it must be around 6?
