They should have to keep the design until the 2/3 years is up. Too many teams skirt the rules and it promotes making shit designs for a quick buck because you can always just wear an alternate half the season.

Titans are the worst at this. New kit every year. In 2016 they had a great home and away kit yet only wore it for 1 year
