Freddy is the reason for this loss. Picked a complete dud at half, picked a woeful bench, and then coached the worst game I’ve ever seen.

Klemmer, after running for 120m I’m the opening 30 mins, never gets back on the field. Most of our bench played more minutes than outback opening props. Just terrible.

I swear every origin game follows a pattern.. nsw starts well, qld 'surge' comes with them being offside allowing them to smash blues, bad calls to give qld a leg up, then a few make up calls when the game is over and the team is already spent... zzzzz

NSW were dangerous at the start but once the game slowed QLD took control and dominated.

If NSW had played how they did for the last 10 minutes of the game through the whole of the 2nd half, they could have been looking at another 10 points by the end. I really don't get that stupid pass from Wighton on the 3rd tackle when they were a man down and peppering Qld's line. The smart thing would be to try and grind out a try in 5 tackles, then snap for the field goal on the last. Weather the storm, go 1 point up and then get Latrell back.

Too much negative 1-out football from the Blues and they didn't counter Qld's defensive charge in the second half. Maroons deserved that one. If Latrell had scored on the death there to win it I could understand Qld being pissed at losing like that because it wouldn't have been a fair reflection on the game.
