The forwards couldn't have done any more.

Well, it is a bit sad for poor Wighton that his intercept was the difference on the scoreboard, but in reality, QLD were much better all over the park.

I think the strategy of picking lots of near rookies and debutants for no particular reason has not been one of NSW's better strategies.

Freddy is the reason for this loss. Picked a complete dud at half, picked a woeful bench, and then coached the worst game I’ve ever seen.

Klemmer, after running for 120m I’m the opening 30 mins, never gets back on the field. Most of our bench played more minutes than outback opening props. Just terrible.

I swear every origin game follows a pattern.. nsw starts well, qld 'surge' comes with them being offside allowing them to smash blues, bad calls to give qld a leg up, then a few make up calls when the game is over and the team is already spent... zzzzz

Nsw need another metre eating forward off the bench, not really sure what Crighton actually offers TBH. Walker unfortunately has probably stamped his papers and I fear he put a bigger spotlight on himself after all the anthem bullshit.
Nsw go forward pretty much disappeared after Klemmer went off in the second half
