Right. No negativity from me, I am going to be super positive

Watching Rugby League at the SCG is absolutely f**king awful. I would rather watch under 7s lawn bowls than have to go back to that cavernous dump and not be able to see any of the game.

I hope Labor wins, stops the demolition of Allianz and we can move back into a refurbished stadium asap

Otherwise I will just give up attending games. I can't take any more of that f**king dump.

It used to be popular in the 70's and 80's when it was great to watch the game (depending where you watched from). So what do you think has changed for the worse?

The Broncos V Cowboys games are great but I personally think there is to much lovey dovey in them. Credit to North Queensland they are into the hate, beating the Broncos who had constantly sneered at them is their destiny. I know quite a lot of people here in Brisbane who see the Cowboys as their family and are happy when they lose to them.

Both the Roosters and Rabbitohs genuinely want to kill each other and there is bitter resentment on both sides. You would never hear either side say they are happy to lose a grand final to them, contrary to what I heard in 2015.
Yeah but rabbitohs fans think the same about dragons and manly.

New clubs don't get the hate that goes with 110 years of competition.

People have experienced what its like to watch sports in rectangle stadiums?

Basically they knew no better.

I have watched Rugby League at that ground five times. The only halfway decent view was from the Ladies Stand.

I have watched AFL and cricket there and its fine for both sports.

If they opened the upstairs area directly opposite the big scoreboard where you are seated high up and can look down on the game it might be ok. From ground level (where the Bronze members are) you can't see a thing.

It was absolutely appalling

I ended up watching on tv in the food service area. It was f**ked

I would rather we played out of Gosford or Parramatta or Jubilee or Leichhardt

Anywhere rather than there

Its funny, I always enjoyed watching the games at the SCG from the Noble or Bradman Stand but last night in the newer version of the Noble Stand it felt like you were a lot further away from the play than with the old stands.

I used to watch it from under the Bradman stand which was elevated standing before they put the bloody seating in.

But as Lambretta stated, it is friggin' awkward to watch at ground level.

Adam Reynolds kicking game in the wet was superb even with a bit of luck with hitting the posts, South's kicking game especially short kicks were good where Easts kicking game was woeful.

I like Latrell Mitchell but he has to get that grubbiness out of his game, he has so much natural talent he doesn't need to resort to gutter tactics.

The Roosters will be a top 8 team but I don't think they'll be as good as they were last year. I don't think it is going too far to say Souths are a top 4 team.

To be honest the chookpen seats were better than I expected but still crap. The worst part is having no screen to st least see the game clock. The bigger screen on our rights was at such an angle that you couldn’t see a thing and the one opposite side of ground to fat to see.
As for the game souffs outplayed us although had Cordner scored maybe a different result. Still confident though we always start slow. Souffs wanted it more after their embarrassing prelim loss and they weight of carrying all those trophies left us a little fatigued.

Souths played wisely in the conditions. The Roosters didn't, they did not play to the conditions at all. Hence they coughed up too much ball and fatigued themselves by having to do a lot more tackling.
