They weren’t separated by goal kicking, they were separated by penalties.... both kickers got 3/4 conversions, Parra got a kickable shot at goal as well as part of that 9-2 count.
Which penalty was that again? the grapple around neck and head slam, one of the 2 crusher tackles or the dangerous throw?

Meh. That penalty goal was kicked....

And it was the most black and white headslam penalty of the year. Can't whinge about that one.

I’m not bothered by the 9 penalties the eels recieved, they were fair. It’s the 0 we got for 70 minutes of the game that rankles. The Eels are an averagely disciplined side, not a bunch of choirboys.

If you check the stats you will actually find they concede the least penalties in the comp. To their own detriment at times when they are getting absolutely steamrolled by Manly or Melbourne.
