Seriously, what muppet merkin thought kicking off after 8pm on a midweek night was a good idea?

I live on the North Shore. So to try and avoid getting home at midnight I am going to drive East tomorrow morning and park my car somewhere and then try and get my way to work using public transport from an area without a train station. That way I can sit in the shittest ground in the Universe in an area where you can't see the big screen and then drive home afterwards and get home at a halfway reasonable hour.
