Broncos seem to go ok against the Sharks with Pangai back they probably win
Definitely a boost, but Johnson is back and will cut their lethargic defence to pieces.

Townsend has been better than SJ this year so far but this is the exact kind of game where Johnson can really do whatever he wants.

Sharks as the Broncos will turn up to the game a day early

All jokes aside, this could have an impact.

They are so used to their Thursday & Friday games with the weekend off, that they might actually be clocked off by Saturday night.

This is a must win for us but to be honest it shouldn't be at this stage for us, we could've easily won the last 2 games with better game management from our halves, I don't expect us to win, at this stage I am hoping we get pumped so Seibold has no option but to do something different with the spine

Broncos showed some life in the second half of the game against the Raiders. I think tonight they get their season back on track with a win.

Nikora has been one of Cronulla's best so he'll be missed, but i'd still pick Cronulla on paper as long as they don't shoot themselves in their collective feet with penalties and bonehead footy. Brisbane have looked pretty damn ordinary this year but this could be one of those rare games where Milford tears it up.

The nrl.com preview says it's rain forecast (?) so could be a grind but a toss of a coin really.
Brisbane if they're hungry enough.
Cronulla if they're smart enough.
Grapple has had a lot to drink already.....

The Donks usually beat the Sharks, dunno why it's one of those things with certain teams.
The longer break may help the Sharks, we've had a torrid run with injuries .
I think it's going to be a Good, tough game.

Bird vs Xerri should be a good match up. Bird will want to get one up on his old team and the wonder kid.
