The Game 2020 Jerseys/Logos/Sponsorships

I don't think this will be their official 2020 away jersey as it is unusual to have the same jersey three years in a row. Also none of the major jersey shops, including Storm store, are selling any product with the title "Storm 2020 away jersey".
Well if you look closely you’ll notice that on the storm’s 2019 away jersey the nrl logo is dark blue but on their jersey that they are wearing in this trial it’s white. So would it really make sense just to have a jersey for 1 or 2 games in a season and not use it again?

It not being in shops or online retailers doesn't mean it's not their 2020 away jersey. Looks fairly likely that it is.

Yeah it’s a possibility that due to the storm not having a major sponsor as yet that haven’t put it up for sale like they haven’t put their home jersey up for sale!

That’s the away jersey for 2020. The colour of the Telstra Premiership logo has changed, the ISC logo on the shoulder has changed orientation and the back of collar design is now the alternate S logo (instead of @storm) - in line with the home and Nines jersey. Also, the guy who designed the new home jersey said the away was staying the same.

Like last year, the club likely won’t be selling a home or away jersey at retail until there is a sponsor. Last year’s jerseys weren’t available until May.

Storm have historically worn different shit for their trials, not that this is that different but i dare say this is no indication of their actual 2020 away jersey...

Ooh! That looks better than their home jersey! Could they consider that being one of their actual jerseys for the season? It'll also be interesting to see what jerseys the other teams wear today especially the sharks and dragons as they haven't released their away jerseys yet!
Canterbury have worn their training jersey in trials for the last few year but it’s never had a Telstra Premiership badge before so it might get a run in the NRL. I think clubs struggle to get a full set of jerseys for trails because of the amount of players in the one game so they make a set just for the trials.

Not really. If anything, we’re more likely to wear the away jersey for all trial games. There’s only one year I can think of that we wore a special jersey for trial games and that was a white 1998 heritage jersey in 2012.

They are also using the 9s jersey in NZ today for the other trial. My point is don't trust trials for jersey indication.

oh well, white jersey f**ken terrible anyway,
if the f**kwits cant get sponsors at least make a jersey that can hold its own.

Yeah I really hope that they do use that jersey at some point during the season! Possibly a heritage or alternate jersey?
