How the hell did the eels finish 3rd?
Brad Arthur is as shifty as he is bald.

From reading this forum over the season I can reliably inform you it is a combination of a soft draw, extra games at bankwest, an NRL conspiracy and favourable treatment by the refs which has seen the Eels finish 3rd.How the hell did the eels finish 3rd?

Yeah had the same feeling surely they have a QLD residents only mailing list - leave us alone with these emails lolJust received my member presale email, feels a bit like the Storm are trolling those of us stuck in Melbourne...
Unclear how QLD's stubborn NSW border closure is somehow Victoria's fault, but don't fret, you've got a nice home game at Bankwest against the Bunnies to look forward to the following week.I don’t feel sorry for Victorians. Parra fans can’t fly to QLD and watch the game because Victorians are too stupid to wash their hands and not have intercourse with people locked up in leper colonies.
Half our players will probably be out for the season due to grubby wrestling tackles.Unclear how QLD's stubborn NSW border closure is somehow Victoria's fault, but don't fret, you've got a nice home game at Bankwest against the Bunnies to look forward to the following week.
They don't usually suspend players for that long though.Half our players will probably be out for the season due to grubby wrestling tackles.
I know they creamed your mob who weren't trying but I have serious doubts they will even get on the field with the Eels.Storm are absolute morals.
And the Eels will go out in straight sets to Souths.
It’s true, all finals games between the 2 clubs have either been won by the Storm or stricken from the record books.I would like to think it could be a close and exciting final like in 2017 between these 2 teams but it will probably be more like the 2019 matchup. Also I just realised that the Storm have never lost to Parra in a finals game.

I seem to have a dim, deep buried memory of a unco looking fullback who got kick happyI’m liking The latest game plan from the bald coach; hey you Gutho, every time you get the ball kick it.
The Storm can't get any better than they already are, so Parra know what to expect. On the other side of the coin, Parra need to approach this match with a good week's preparation, and if they get a good start against Melbourne, that's half the battle won. Can't see anything but a Storm victory
And I fully expect the Eels to lose the following week
This Eels team is probably the worse top 4 team I can ever remember.
To that list you can add the Roosters not wanting to travel to Brisbane. From reading this forum over the season I can reliably inform you it is a combination of a soft draw, extra games at bankwest, an NRL conspiracy and favourable treatment by the refs which has seen the Eels finish 3rd.
