If true, the precedent is the storm lose the points right?

like they don’t give them to the roosters l, obviously. But they have to lose the competition points surely.

if I recall the dogs have been done for this in the past

I remember the Dogs having 14 on the field against us. Ben Roberts came on as 14th man & scored the winning try. I cant remember if they lost points or just a fine. I definitely remember we didnt get given the points in any case.

It goes way back further. Back when Wally Lewis was at Gold Coast and they got docked two points for their extra player.
