If Canberra win on Saturday and both teams win all their remaining matches it is Canberra who finish above Roosters.
Loosen up the turtle neck as it is making your brain weak.

I think the suggestion is that the Raiders will not get past Dragons, Warriors and Sharks, while they will breeze by three top 8 sides, one of which is the Rabbitohs.

Would you pick Raiders to win all 3 of those games on current form?

All I'm saying is this is not necessarily the top 4 knockout match it is being made out to be. Canberra definitely need the win more than we do.

If Roosters win I believe it is all but certain that we finish above raiders, if raiders win I believe it to be about a 50/50 proposition. Parra are of course the wildcard in all this if they keep losing.

Current form for both these sides is just about equal I'd have thought. 11 wins from 16. Roosters have just won their games by more. Both sides will start favourite in all their games after this one barring some bad multiple injuries. The Roosters, however, do have the Rabbitohs, who'll be a very tough opponent.

Canberra would only need to lose one match in the event they beat us this week and we win our last 3.

We are essentially on 22.5 points given our F/A thus Canberra need this far more than we do. If we win they have almost 0 chance of finishing top 4 given they would have to win their last 3 games and hope we lose twice or win 2 of 3 and hope we lose all 3.

Sorry yes, you are correct. If we lose to Canberra we have to hope in our final three games that we win 1 more game than Canberra does. However the Knights could be in desperation mode when we come to play them, remember the first time new played them in 2019 when they carved us up, and Souths are always up to spoil the night by beating us in the regular season. Quite frankly I think you are underestimating the importance of this clash in the race for the top 4, especially if Parramatta have gone off the boil as it opens to the door to finishing 3rd and not 4th.

I would have loved if Sonny's return was pushed to next week just to make Nable look like an even bigger dickhead than he is. Would the promo have been shafted if that was the case?

f**k I wish Curtis was out the useless piece of shit. The centre matchups are as big a mismatch as you'll see. Croker is in the worst form of his career and plays like an 80year old.

Dumb move by the roosters playing Keary. Padding on sore ribs doesn't do shit and someone like Hudson Young will make it his mission to punish him

Surprised to see Keary playing. Robinson is usually very cautious with his players and its far from the end of the world if they lose. He is going to have a rough night with the traffic coming his way.

He's in the squad but no guarantee at this stage he will play. We won't really get an idea until Friday evening to be honest when the squad gets pruned.

As to your point about him being punished, that's what the Storm thought in the 2018 GF about Cooper Cronk.

I hope Young isn't given that mission. With his headspace he'll probably run out with a scalpel and give Keary the old Marlyn Manson job in backplay within 5 minutes.

I don't like his promos either in fact I don't know of anyone who does. But Fox ratings are through the roof so I don't suppose they are going to disappear any time soon. The bloke himself is just doing what they pay him to do. People have done much worse things than this to put food on the table.

This game will probably decided by whichever team has the most Penrith Juniors playing for them- Raiders have CHN. That's one. Tom Starling is from Windsor, does that count? Bateman is Trent from Punchy just from England. That's three.

How many do Easts have?

Easts have none. Starling is a Knights junior, and CHN didn't come to Penrith until he was 18, so he isn't really a Panthers junior either. Nil-all.

Don’t forget that the Roosters have to travel for this game! That should mean that the Raiders are a certainty!
