souths being the most blatant markers just stand one on each side of the play the ball.

new rules meant to speed up the play the ball but running hookers can take advantage of it
That was always going to happen. And we still don't have markers standing straight.

The biggest issue we've had is not a consistent spine due to injuries. Could of been much worse considering we are missing half our spine.

Hard to know what to take out of this one.

Parramatta got dominated but were extraordinary in defence.

Penrith were way better but I'm not sure I've ever seen a team score less than 4 tries with near on 60 tackles in the opposition 20.

Anyway, these 2 teams are decent odds to meet week 1 of finals now.

Add Mahoney and Brown back in that side and it's a totally different game. Boys were good, just hard to create much when your hookers are a small lock and Will f**ken Smith. Its almost Danny Levi level

But Penrith beat a side without half a spine so they're clearly still the greatest thing ever and we should be proud to keep them under 300
