Heads up for those wanting quick access to scores here on LeagueUnlimited.com:

Scroll to the bottom of the LeagueUnlimited.com homepage, then on the right of the Match Centre click the competition title (default is NRL Telstra Premiership) and choose Betfred Super League.

Championship is also in there for those interested. Links to the full draw and current ladder are also suppled.

Does anyone expect Huddersfield to maintain their run... they haven't beaten anyone of note.
A handful of high quality players but I think against better oppositions they'll find their squad limits tested

Playing Wigan this week who looked to have got things clicking on Sunday. Should be a good match really, shame I'm working or I'd head up for it.

Beat Catalans sans Izzy in the season opener, which doesn't mean much, but the Dragons showed enough against Castleford to suggest they may well be "of note" this season. Also beat Salford who were runners up last year. Today is their test.

Toronto vs Saints was quite possibly the worse game of rugby league to have ever be played. Replays should be scrubbed from the internet.

And so ends Huddersfields run...

When do TWP get a win? If they're waiting on home games it might be too little too late. They'll be sweating on Wakefield in a couple of weeks. Leeds seem to be on the improve.

Out of their games so far Salford has been the one where they’d look back and think they could win. Otherwise wakey and hull kr are the two away scalps they can realistically beat.

Already they'll be aiming at finishing off the bottom so they can do some real buying for next year. They could have bought half an NRL side with what Sonny Bill cost them, and there's only so much he can do.

The funny thing is as much as $BW is being paid he is regarded as a Marquee Signature and is apparently not included in the salary cap, his signature was supposed to boost the profile of the Wolfpack as Argyle & Perez consider him to be known World Wide, shades of Ribot in 1995!.

Yep, he's there to bring the crowds to Lamport but that won't happen if they are running last..

It's not that Marquee players aren't included, their cap value is limited to 250k IIRC, regardless of their actual contract value.

A strong statement early, showing he'll be going in with a fresh attitude and won't be wasting time with NRL has-beens and never-weres like Bennett did squandering opportunities for the last 4 years.

Here's the England 17 I'd choose today

Tomkins
Makinson
Griffin
Gildart
Johnstone
Williams
Lomax
Walmsley
Hodgson
Watts
Bateman
Whitehead
Thompson

Philbin
Jones
T Burgess
Ratchford
