I'd rather see Duges and Will Kennedy cover fullback than rely on half a season Moylan who has his customary blinders against the Pennies and Goldy and goes missing against the decent teams. Of course the club kicking' a chant out has to pay freight unless it is for misconduct. Doesn't matter what is reported. Why do people rely on the media?

If you ditch a player you are automatically in for, not necessarily half, but you have to pay the contract fee. You don't have to pay playing fees, bonuses, included benefits (accommodation, travel, motor vehicles, interest free loans and manager's fees and any applicable fringe benefits tax.) or TPAs

So it all depends on what the contract fee is.

You only get off scot free if the player asks for the release a la Pissflap junior.
