Grudens comeback for the Raiders feels a little like Joe Gibbs comeback for the Redskins. All hype, no results.

Whilst Gruden hasn't been out of the game like Gibbs was, still there's a difference between being an analyst in the TV commentary box and making day to day decisions.

Ugh, had the entire receiver room (plus half the linebackers) go on the covid list the day before the game, get 3 injuries on the OL then get that bullshit no fumble ruling on Darnold costing a defensive TD.. in a game that ended within 1 score.
