Paul McGregor you are proving to be a selfish PoS, get a job you are capable of doing, this career you have envisaged for yourself is not for you at this time at this lvl. If you do not step down then this is the end for you as you will eventually be sacked no one will touch you in regards to coaching . Your options are stay and win the premiership next year( ? ) or step down and wrangle yourself a position inside the club, thus saving your reputation for another stay. Or you can stay and possibly end our club, thus forcing you to remove yourself from out country. Enough is enough and you must draw the line in the sand. At any other club you would be gone, this much you must know as it is blatantly apparent to the rest of RL, this leaves the question of how and why, you are still head coach. What has saved you thus far can save you again but only if you step down, refusal to do so will lead to your bridges being burnt and all avenues to the NRL blocked, except maybe a water runners position.
