Grant yes, Munster no. Both incidents have been consistently worthy of a charge. Neither was the fault of the player though.

We really need to review the rules for ‘crusher’ tackles most of them are just the attacking player running backwards and doing it to themselves. Also high shots with no intent on falling players, Munster under rules should have been penalised no probs there (with the rule not say no probs with the non call) but others have been suspended for similar and really it should not be happening
