I watch a lot of RU and the yellow card is used effectively. The red even more so.

The NRL sped the game up, now they want to penalise issues which arise from it.

Then they went a step further and decided the bin is the answer. Its like they highlight a rule thats existed for 100 years and then just decide that now is a good time to apply it.
