Agree it will be harder than the Sharks game, but GC come apart when the tough really gets going. The Titans simply don't have enough firepower and game winners as the Panthers do to build constant pressure. Their only hope, like most underdogs this weekend, is only if it pisses down all week and during the game day.

EDIT: Wet weather will only slightly affect Thursday's match.

Panthers by a comfortable 28-12.

Titans for periods of games look f**king unstoppable.. only to then look like they've never had a defensive session in their lives.

Those 3 tries in 3 sets looked like something not many teams could do. But they then go and invite the opposition back into a game destined to be a blowout. Did same against Broncos.

If they put in an 80 minute effort they could match or beat Panthers. But they just dont seem capable of an 80 minute performance

We are conceding only 6 or 7 points a game all season, while despite being an exciting attacking side at times they are leaking points left, right and centre. Their best hope of upsetting us is if we get the Suncorp jitters once again as for some reason we never seem to really fire there. That aside we should have too much polish in attack and defence.

Panthers will win this easily, but the Titans can pull a try out of nowhere like no-one else, so it will be interesting if they can find any holes in the Panther's wall-like defence that better teams might be able to exploit down the track.

Manly exploited our defense a couple of weeks ago by scoring 16 points, but were still overall outmatched.

To beat us, a team has to score at least 26-30 points, and I can't see this happening over the next 5 weeks. Even during SOO, we have everything covered.

They scored a flukey intercept and a flukey bounce of the posts. They had nothing for us

True, but we have allso scored points were I thought we were lucky. And they played well enough in patches to score more points against us than any other club this season. Gotta give them credit. But if Turbo is injured again, watch the stock market crash on Manly's price.

Unless Fifita pulls his finger out and puts in another serious blinder, the Pennies are going to drum on those titties like a drunk patron at a strip club.

Fifita out. If we somehow lose this it will really prove that something goes wrong when we go north of the border. Us by 16.
