Looking at the stats, Teddy and Jack took 43 runs between them, the issue is alot of those runs were in good attacking positions which completely starved Latrell and Turbo who both at times had to come into the middle to even get their hands on the ball
After game 1, I was hoping NSW would get over confident and do this in game 2..but alas they kept to the script. Tonight though, it cost them the game. Latrell and Turbo were NSW whole attack this series and tonight they were starved of the ball..unbelievably stupid and selfish play from Jack and Teddy.

Moses confirmed plodder.

Bizzare pick especially after missing a match winning conversion for his club the week before.

Thought Reynolds should have played but it was Moses’ first origin game… he did ok in parts but the cohesion wasn’t there with Wighton in others.

no excuses for the loss but nsw with new halves, unfamiliar with each other, and Kalyn Ponga back for Qld…. I think we missed Cleary as much as Qld has missed Ponga.

barring injury… I think with all available next year it should be an absolutely cracking series.

Alot of the blame should rest on Damian Cook for that loss. His decision making was f**king poor.

Giving it to Jack Wighton on the last, let alone in attacking positions is f**king stupid. Especially considering the quality of his kicks.

It's no surprise we looked better with Api on the field.

Unpopular opinion but I wouldn't have Freddy coaching the side. The team has enough talent to mostly coach itself and imo Fittler gets selections wrong more often than not. Like, why wouldn't you just have Reynolds and Walker when they're 1. In better form and 2. Would have formed the entire Souffs spine combination along with Cook and Latrell.

He really is blind Freddy.

I can assure you that opinion is not unpopular.

He's 28, how the f**k is he on such a rapid decline?

Insane.

Carrying an NRL team on his back this year like a NFL running back in a shit franchise.

They barely get further than their rookie contracts from being forced into so many collisions they lose all explosiveness.
