Nathan Cleary needs 8 more points to have as many points as Bulldogs for the season. Those merkins scoring 20 this weekend made it a bit tougher than usual to match or exceed them.

How ridiculous that the biggest game of the home and away season is in Dubbo.

We are closer to our best 17 than we have been in a long time. Penrith is obviously the best team in the league. We are obviously underdogs.

They are 10-0 and 9 of those wins have been by more than a converted try. 6 have been by more than 20 points. 3 have kept the opposition scoreless.

If we can stay close to them we would make a claim as the second best team in the comp.

Bit sad when nobody even takes this blokes bait anymore, he used to rile up the forum no end.

Souffs really stink, I had such high hopes for them this year.

panthers were 1.01 to score from the ensuing tap too so it was really to Souths benefit.

refereeing standards are atrocious this season. Not their fault I suppose considering how many new rules they have to learn each week

Yeah, it was changed before the start of the season. Players are not permitted to break from the scrum until the referee calls “break”. A full penalty is awarded for a breach.
