Every office or work team has "that guy". Little to no achievents, spuds it up in everything but can not be touched. Downsizing and redundancies, will breeze through withoit a sweat. Have a legit complaint against them, gets buried but they will float along, underachieving doing less than the bare minimum without a care in the world.
