They can be diplomatic about it. They can say they have concerns about the players ability to be available to play every week. If the concerns are genuine, no-one can begrudge them not wanting to resign that player. There will always be another club who will be willing to roll the dice and take a chance on that player if they have something to offer.

How can they? 2 weeks ago it came out he had back problems and issues and the club got cruisified telling porkies so other clubs wouldnt sign him,now your saying they should be up front,what and get blamed again
