I had to give you one back, at least give me that. Surely I am entitled to one comeback given you have had a few digs at me.

Dont start this elders shit again, we are all of the same age here on this interweb of shitspinning forums, some cultures respect their elders, some just put them in homes, i prefer not to be an ageist, and treat you'all on the forum as equally childish

1 Dylan Edwards
2 Charlie Staines
3 Paul Momirvoski
4 Stephen Crichton
5 Brian To'o
6 Jarome Luai
7 Nathan Cleary (c) (gk)
8 Moses Leota
9 Api Koroisau
10 James Fisher-Harris
11 Viliame Kikau
12 Liam Martin
13 Isaah Yeo (c)

14 Kurt Capewell
15 Tyrone May
16 Spencer Leniu
17 Matt Eisenhuth

Have this team list on good authority that this is the preferred 17 at this stage, still very much a toss up between Capes and Marto.

I like this top 17 for the beginning of the year.

I very much like the fact that Staines is having his chance in first grade. I know Kilkenny disagrees with me strongly on this. But I firmly believe that Staines wouldn't have re-signed if still sitting behind Mansour.

Pure Speed is something that this team has lacked for some years.

Provided Staines can be on the field, (retain his form, injury free) I believe he will add a great deal to the attack.

I acknowledge it was sad to see Mansour choose to leave. Although to have a $400,000 a year winger sitting back in reserve grade is not a good use of the salary cap.

In all Mansour was a good servant of the club, now it's a youngins turn to step up and continue the journery. It's one of the sad facts of development clubs. I can remember Gould saying one night at a fans do....that development clubs turn over the older players at the top and bring the kids through.

This probably means that Penrith will nearly always have a youngish roster because of the kid's development, older players leaving when they become too expensive to maintain, (and a younger kid can do similar for a fraction of the price)

It will means that Edwards, Bizza and the forwards will have to do some of the dirty carries that Mansour did. I will admit over the last 18months Josh did struggle (especially in 2019) with his handling.....it was almost heart in mouth stuff with him going into a tackle, or playing the ball.

Hopefully he can prolong his career and do well, (except when playing us) The same I believe is Tamou. I do think he is possibly the bigger loss. Hopefully Fish, Yeo and Leota can lead well into 2021.

Has anyone heard or seen which sides of the the field Staines and To’o have been training on?

With his 6 tries in 1.5 games, thats a good decision by Ivan to keep him on the right.

Looking forward to seeing how many tries To’o can score outside Crichton, Kikau and Luai!

This has me super excited for Bizza too, no doubt he will find himself in a lot more try scoring opportunities this season being on that side of the field!

If they stay fit for the full season I’d say that both our wingers will end up on at least 15+ tries each and that could be lowballing too

I think Bizza will be in the frame for Origin. He doesn’t need much space to make something happen and he will get a lot.

Has anyone heard when the NSW Cup schedule will be announced? All I’ve found is that it’s due to kick off in line with the NRL season.

Staines could also if we get off to a strong start.

Something not mentioned yet I'm looking forward to Crichton after another pre season. Should be physically more prepared now and a bit stronger which is actually a scary thought.
