I was only half-watching the game but I thought the reffing went the other way. I saw 3 or 4 clear 6agains denied on Qlders amongst other things. Looked to me like NSW trained for the change and got the jump on Qld in that regard.Cant believe NSW finished within 2 points with such lopsided refereeing. Queensland were allowed to do anything they wanted in tackles. 2 on 1 strips. Second efforts. Knocking ball out. Etc. No penalties. NSW penalised for nothing in comparison. Only consistency was penalties for high shots.
Made me appreciate once again what a good rule change that was.
