It's possible Lui is a talent but not physically ready while JA while thin is quite tall and perhaps strong enough to play against men.

if you've read the training updates from TCT you will have read that they said he has put on quite a bit in the off season, so much so that they even suggested his future may not be in the halves

2. Arthur played Flegg, if not for COVID likely spends 2020 down there. Will Penisini never played a game of Flegg.

3. It isn't a weird signing to "stay in Flegg". We signed a fullback from NTH QLD, and despite him training with the 21's he's currently playing in the 19's. You only care about the Lui signing because for some reason the mole wrote an article about him, and you despise a 19 year old kid because of his last name.

4. At full strength I'm not even sure Lui plays in the halves in our 21's. Josh Chappell and Ethan Sanders (who could've completely skipped SG Ball) are well established halves that've come through our system for a number of years. Lui may shift to fullback.

Yes I read and listen to everything Eels and theres been nothing, since The Mole, that Ive seen or heard.

This is the key thing I reckon. Mole saw an opportunity for clicks by mentioning the Eels, Moses and a new signing all in the one. If he pans out in 2025 then the Mole is a genius. If he is actually not that good, the only ones who remember are the diehard fans who take an actual interest the club other than the first grade results.

Not that it means a lot, but he was playing Flegg last year at 19 (he is only 20 this year)

You know what's poor form? A grown man constantly putting the boot into an 19 year old kid on a forum. If his last name was anything but Arthur you'd be singing the praises of him for consistently getting better in reserve grade.
