It's really good news to see Jayden Nikorima doing well for the Brisbane Tigers. I'm sure the Storm are pleased with his form as well.

"Fans should get to the grounds this weekend for their chance to snag a free XXXX bucket hat to get into the spirit of XXXX Rivalry Round."

The connection between Rivalry Round and bucket hats is somewhat lost on me...

Anyone know what Marion Seve did to be sent off?

Ruled as a dangerous/spear tackle but it was a rubbish decision, no way it was send off worthy.

Seve pulled out of the tackle and basically the player went over the top of him and landed awkwardly.

Capras on top and the Cutters in the top six is certainly an unusual sight.

Have many of you signed up for QPlus? How are you finding it?

Finding it quite reliable (im only watching HPC). Only the first game up in Townsville had technical difficulties, quality is good, and casting is easy.

Referees audio feed is clear and they make it easy by automatically saving the last minute of play leading up to a point scoring situation for easy replay.

Improvements I would add is having its own dedicated app and ability to stream more than one game at once (like Kayo).

Interesting too that they dropped the annual price back from $80 when first announced to $50. I think that's great value.

With the backing of a Palaszczuk Government, which continues to invest in regional Queensland, seven massive Hostplus Cup games will head to the bush for the popular Activate Queensland! Country Week round.
