Well done Panthers. Deserving winners.

Heartbreaking end to the season for us. First losing the grand final to that intercept last year. Now that disastrous last 5 minutes of the 1st half where we just invited them back into it.

It's going to be a long off season. Bring on the cricket!
Suck it up princess.

Souths came into this game with probably a few more injuries than they were prepared to let on. Also, they knew Penrith were fresher so they played their hand in the first 30 hoping to blow Penies off the park but fair play to Penrith who didn’t drop their bundle after having three tries disallowed. From there on, Souths were gassed.
A derby GF awaits us!

In all seriousness, after a GF at a half-capacity Accor in 2020 and then a reduced capacity GF moved interstate in 2021, awesome to welcome back the first full capacity GF in Sydney since 2019 with two teams who:

a) Are from the hosting city
b) Die-hard RL areas
c) Have a decades-old rivalry

Considering the Swans getting gaped at the G, today's been a great day for league. The next week is going to be legendary. Might even travel out to Parra and Penrith respectively in the coming week just to soak up the atmosphere...
