3/3 missing our starting halfback.

Barnett for Penrith MVP, hard to win missing your starting props and halfback but Barnett came through for the game winning play.

Knights are no Nuffies this season. 5 of their starting 13 out injured, played with 12 for most of the match and had injuries during the game and still stayed in the game against easily the best side in the comp who mostly scored tries from kicks.

Barnett is not going to be popular in the sheds.

This Year?

Who? I've seen Tigers, Cowboys and Dragons tipped for the spoon, but not Knights.

They'll make the 8 again.

Nobody cares. You're defending Premiers against a team people were tipping for the spoon this year.
More like the Dragons and the Titans and Bulldogs were all betting faves for the spoon from memory.. And if you don't want to take into context the amount of talent we had on the sideline, you're kidding only yourself.

And it won't do your club any favours if that loss is blamed on that send off. Penrith kept you in that game with numerous lost balls and stupid penalties.

But to your clubs credit, they will have a great year, providing your injury list is minute.
