I know we played shit and got flogged... but the worst part of yesterday was being at aami park with a crowd that is, for want of a better word, f**kedinthehead.
They've had a successful team and must just expect every decision to go their way. They create their own home crowd atmosphere I suppose (imagine being in a small room for 2 hours with Albo and Scomo debating unmoderated), but it feels like they're watching a different game. You get your typical home crowd support in NSW and QLD, but these guys lack any feel for the game or rules and boo and appeal for shit that's just not there.
Some dumb mole kept appealing for penalties for high tackles and when the ref blew one for offside as a tackle was made, she was cheering for a high tackle being called finally. There was lengthy cheering for a try when the forward pass was obvious and had been called 20 seconds earlier.
f**king victorians... much better when they're locked down.
