I dont understand why hawkins hasnt been signed

Taaffe, Ilias and Milford, maybe the club isn't sure that Hawkins is needed.

Maybe we are keeping the last x2 spots open for possible signings that could pop up before filling the spots.

Cotric is supposed to be getting a release and heading back to the raiders.
