maybe the media is building up to what we can be outraged about the post grand final celebrations

Luai is 80 mins from giving it to Broncos, DT will go to town on an outspoken westie, with the added bonus of being dark

It is more delicious because of the position he plays. Run fast on the wing or be a big and strong forward can be shrugged off but as a playmaker it really burns

The off season from hell continues:

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs star Josh Addo-Carr has been knocked out in an all-in brawl at the Koori Knockout on the New South Wales Central Coast, News Corp reports.

Addo-Carr, playing for the Sydney All Blacks against a Wallgett side that included incoming Rabbitoh Jack Wighton, was taken high in a tackle, sparking an all-in brawl.

The ruckus eventually began involving spectators, and police were called to the site, with the match having to be called off.

This is really disappointing. This carnival is a massive thing but NRL players aren't going to play if they get head hunted and it will be cancelled if there is violence like this brawl. And so it should be.

And although its alarming, its not an off field incident.

I can't believe NRL clubs allow their players to play in this tournament.
There needs to be more security at games. Hence that location was not a good choice. Its not acceptable behaviour from the players or the fans. Very disappointing.

Off field/crowd behaviour aside, player injury is a huge concern playing in these "carnivals". Tell me what other code would allow highly paid players to take part in an amateur event like this?

IMO NRL players should be getting involved more in the coaching side of things at the carnival (once coaching quals are gained).

Who had ‘Tigers player charged with murder’ on their NRL off season bingo card.
Must be trying to emulate Craig Field, just f**ked up the part about having a somewhat decent career before doing the killing bit.
