Just saw the start of the news and there was coverage of both Dogs and Manly season launches.

Anyone have any idea when ours is? Just interested to know how many players turn/ed up.

Or will be left
How on earth could the Dragons have an official launch of their 2023 season when they have already launched themselves into space and scattering all their pride and glory into the void.

I dread our end of year/start of new year periods - lately been too much drama. Poor on and off field rubbish and I'm sick of it.

The term 'launch' suggests some kind of upwards trajectory or forward boost but it's pretty clear things wont get off the ground, even more so than the last few years. The usual rusted on hopeful fans can't even muster positive vibes let alone years scorned tragic like myself. I could smell this cultural problem years ago.

Agreed with others, a launch would just be embarrassing given the circumstances. I can only imagine the number of fans we've lost lately. I'm barely holding on myself and the club's silence is the main reason, let alone the diabolical on field performances.

Sometimes I read 'Dragons wooden spoon' forecast articles and get annoyed given that, as far as I'm aware, the Dragons have never had the spoon despite their challenges. This year I cant see more than one or two clubs in our way of last place.

I'd rather we sign a new coach, sack 80% of the playing group tomorrow and launch project 2024. Instead we are all going to be subjected to one hell of a long season.
