In slo-mo video it's unclear, but there's a still shot where you can see Graham's shoulder clearly contacting the head of Morale. If Graham doesn't jump he probably gets him at the top of the chest

Graham left the ground. That on its own immediately makes it a reckless tackle as you cannot claim to have control when you are f**king airborne.

the head contact was minimal, which is why it was 4 weeks. Couple inches higher and he was looking at a straight referral and probably half a season on the sidelines
