The only positive I can take out of it for the Roosters is that Billy Smith got through unscathed and he actually played well, Sitilli was good when he was on also. The Manu experiment at 5/8 has to end now, he is not a 5/8.

Been a very strange season and a half for them. They have the roster to challenge for titles 100%....yet you really cannot say that based on performances.

The big mystery for me is the Keary-Walker partnership.....two very talented players.....they just never have really gelled.

Yes, question is have you looked at the team sheet? Their line up is strong in all areas and anything short of playing in the GF is a massive fail and underachievement. They have the best FB in the world and a backline containing Sualii, Manu, Tupou with the creativity of Walker (when he is picked) and Keary should be scoring points at will.

They have a world class hooker, a forward pack containing JWH, Collins, Lodge, Radley and Crichton up front should be dominating most games.

They have a couple of plodders right now filling in and some more on the bench but anything short of a minor premiership right now is an embarrassment.

The issue is not the roster. The halves may not be gelling but their roster is stacked full of talent and anyone is crazy to suggest otherwise
