Did Webster pick this team just to prove a point that his selections all year have been correct
Resting players isn't ideal. But if you lost a key player in this round eg Johnson/CNK (or Walsh/Reynolds in our case) with a top 4 spot already certain, the coach would be asked 'why didn't you rest him?'
Could very well be a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Broncs being cats on Thursday to try and run from the Storm...

Get them next week.

Going out in Straight sets!

Time for a few calls to let Warriors back in the game. Dolphins put a little too much icing on the cake prematurely.

Warriors penalised for threatening to score lol. Just as well this game is just a meaningless trial for their reggies.

Bostock never got behind the play the ball.

You're out of play unless you retreat to behind where the ball was played IIRC.

Good point - and whether we get the Panthers or Broncos next week, it's gonna be a tough game either way - so why not have the best players rested, fit & ready for it?

I don't think Webby will be too harsh on the team for a loss today.

The real price we've paid for this is in NSW Cup - losing the playoff game against Souths today (thanks to some of our best NSW Cup players being called up to NRL), has put us into a sudden death game against the Raiders or Sea Eagles next week.
