Stats heavily favoured south’s

Munster was the difference. Only needed a few chances to score

souths attack especially last tackle options was awful

souths were able to run an easy 8m before being met by the defence on every run. Melbourne were dragged an extra metre or two back by the ref every tackle but also just played at a slow defensive line speed. Seemed to work as they had everything covered and any shifts did not result in easy metres on the edges. might be the storms style going forward bend but don’t break
