Missing his legs by a couple of cms doesn't change the fact that he deliberately swung his legs out and dropped his body weight. He did a hip drop but got lucky he didn't break someone's leg.
I get what you’re saying, but the NRL have said that landing on the legs is part of what constitutes a hip drop.

They really need to clarify it, because it’s confusing as f**k

That sinbin was pathetic. If Cherry-Evans isn’t writhing in pain for 3 minutes after barely being bumped then it never gets looked at. Then of course he is lining up the kick for touch looking fresh as can be

It might not have been a sin bin if the referee hadn't literally warned both captains for being a pack of grubs 8 seconds prior. Olam is not an intelligent man

it’s the vibe the flow of the game and the player involved that make the difference
