I mentioned this previously, on a daily (morning) ESPN NFL live show, there is a female commentator who who does this very measured speech expression, and presents herself very well.

Vonny has obviously been told to modify her voice on personality from that NFL woman.

Sadly, she simply doesn't have what it takes, and comes off as someone who is too overbearing in her zestfulness.
