Kicking game we rate last big thing we need to fix
Forced drop outs can improve. Other than that those stats are Irrelevant. Kick metres and long kicks stats would have all the good teams ranking low. Teams who can't make metres would top those stats.
souths male metres and love running the ball late in the tackle count. Teams like the sharks, parra love the cross kick and hope approach.

In the article it says Sam has helped Jai adjust to playing back in the middle so that’s probs an indication Jai will play more middle this year
Great article, I always love reading stuff like that. I think this is something people forget about last year. Jai had to play on the edge for pretty much all game every game due to necessity. Host, Chee-Kam and Cartwright were injured for most, if not, all year so who else was gonna play on the edge? He had to.

With those second rowers I mentioned, hopefully, they can get through the Season and play more of a hand as this gives us a lot more flexibility in our pack and strengthens it. I'd imagine Jai will still start on an edge but then move to the middle when Hosty comes on.

This could be huge for us, a big difference to last year.

Well, as the last Footy-free weekend until the second weekend of October draws to a close, so to does the official 'Pre-Season' period I guess.

This has seemed like one of the better Pre-Seasons I can remember. The boys look fit, healthy, happy, sharp, and fired up. They're ready for the Season to get underway and so am I!!

Let's get into it!!
