No doubt this one is much worse in nature. The injury Smith's victim suffered is no joke though. I suspect there'll be significant civil case involved.Smith was careless backing out of his driveway which resulted in him being hit by a passing car, people actually want him jailed, Mam was allegedly under the influence of drugs, unlicensed and literally drove on to the wrong side of the road causing a head on crash, that should be the death penalty
That’s fine, a civil case should be between him, his insurer and the injured party and not have any impact on any criminal proceedings nor influence any potential punishment. Sometimes we need to look more at the actions and intentions rather than any freak injury, I’d wager almost every young driver has had a close call reversing out of a driveway, luckily most of those result in nothing more than a near miss, Smith unfortunately just caught the wrong end of variance. No doubt this one is much worse in nature. Yep, only one person got injured in Smith’s incident. In Pearce’s, everybody’s eyes got destroyed.his crime is no where near Mitchell Pearce so I expect NRL handing out less than 8 games ban.
Sam Thaiday is such a dickhead. "You don't want to see any of your players injured. Hopefully he's ok". What about the lil girl Mr. Parental Guidance?Maguire’s crunch meeting with Broncos star as new details, vision emerge after two-car collision

4-5 weeks right there for you.I've had a few to many white wine spritzers.
You know players are behaving when car accidents are being sent to the integrity Unit
I'm not sure many would consider unlicensed driving and driving under the influence to be behaving.
Pearce’s punishment was just because of State of Origin. All the fans wanted was Pearce not to get picked so they called for the NRL to throw the book at him.his crime is no where near Mitchell Pearce so I expect NRL handing out less than 8 games ban.
