Bulldogs is looking very promising. The Kennel was sold out this morning, most reserve seats in the west are sold out.

They've also opened up the back section part of the eastern bays, which I only recall them doing for the Eels game this year.

Broncos averaging 41,332 so far from 8 games.

Scores to beat: (averages)
1. 43,200 (1993) - 187,742 @ 46,936 per game needed.
40k barrier - 149,342 @ 37,336 per game needed.
2. 37,705 (1994) - 121,802 @ 30,451 per game needed.
3. 35,902 (1995) - 100,266 @ 25,042 per game needed.
4. 35,032 (2010) - 89,726 @ 22,432 per game needed.

Games left:
R19 V Dragons, Sat 7:35pm (Pre-Origin game)
R21 V Bulldogs, Sat 3pm
R25 V Eels, Fri 8pm
R27 V Storm, Thu 7:50pm

Highest this century locked in, 40k a chance, 2nd highest season of all time locked in. That record won’t fall until Suncorp gets increased in size.

Watching nsw cup atm and there are random rows covered in white tarps on the eastern side, any idea what that is about?

Geez, would love for them to scrape past a 40k average but unless they start winning soon it may be just out of reach.

Potentially the dogs could bring a crowd with them and even on a thursday the storm should break 40k, will be close.

Just had a look and the broncos might actually be actively trying to break the 40k average.
The game vs the dragons, which would be the lowest crowd of the 4 remaining, currently has level 7 east for sale in a cheaper ticket category of only $32.
Sales seem to be going alright in the 4 bays open there.

I believe it's something to do with the game day campaign they are running with Disabilities Australia.

There are people moving into those seats now in the NSW Cup game.

If/When Storm are regularly selling out AAMI & averaging 25k+ it’s still hard to see them upsizing AAMI. Maybe just maybe if Victory were getting a few sellouts a year and FFA could help with some guarantees of a few Socceroos & Matilda’s games guaranteed for so many years once completed.

Before anyone gets to 40k, except for the Broncos I don’t think any other team has ever cracked 30k. Currently the only clubs capable of getting 30k average would be Bulldogs, Rabbitohs & Roosters as their stadiums are the only ones big enough. Dolphins too but they’d need to ditch the Kayo stadium games you’d imagine.

Warriors or Knights would be my pick, both obviously need an upgrade or a new stadium to make that happen which should happen in both cases but may take a while.
I agree with this assessment. Broncos will be the only 40k+ team for a long time.

That said Dolphins, Rabbitohs, Bulldogs and Roosters are all capable of being 30k+ teams with 10-15 years.

Storm, Eels, Knights, Warriors, Cowboys and Titans are all capable of 20k+ average, some in the 25-30k range.

Last year 9 teams averaged over 19k. Same again this year. In 2035, I estimate at least 14 to 15 teams will be doing that, regardless of on field performance.
